The three holy grails of triathlon are strength, stamina and speed. Skimp on the latter and you’re forever resigning yourself to average performances whatever distance you choose to tackle.
So to whip you into shape and help you smash that elusive PB, we’ve come up with a speed orientated challenge to get those legs burning and lungs busting.
All you have to do this month is run 2km five times as FAST as you can.
Each one of you that successfully hits the 10km target will be entered into the prize draw and stand a chance of winning a pair of Skechers Go Run 2 trainers.
